Can my Retro 1970s Speakman Sentinel Mark II Shower Valve be repaired?

Frank Salacki, Speakman’s Plumbing Technical Specialist gets all kinds of interesting phone calls about Speakman faucets and valves from the last century.  Often times these calls involve our Sentinel Mark II Shower Valves which we have been making since the 1970s.

Changing out your shower valve is a big ordeal, often times homeowners discover that to modernize their valve they have to open walls and tear our tile.  Fortunately if you have a Sentinel Mark II Valve in your wall, our current trim and parts will fit the valve.  What this really means is that you can upgrade the look of your valve without having to rip open walls and retile.  You can even retrofit a new cartridge into the body of the valve.

Contact one of our Parts Distributors to get your repair parts!
