Returning a product can be a huge ordeal! Many companies publish their return policy but not in a place where customers can easily access it. Speakman has worked on simplifying our return process so that our customers can easily return products without hunting, calling, and going through a huge production.
Our customer service department has provided the following tips to aid in a smooth return process.
1. Returns should not be more than one year from the date of invoice.
2. Requests must be in writing, submitted via fax to 800-977-2747 or e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Return requests must include:
- original PO, order or invoice number
- item and quantity being returned
- reason for return (if defective must have complete description of what the defect is)
